Fuel Rewards Terms and Conditions
-To qualify for savings, you must use your valid Fresh Grocer Rewards Card at participating Fresh Grocers, The Fresh Grocer Fuel Center, and Sunoco locations.
-Grocery purchases must be made at registers where the Fresh Grocer Rewards Card is scanned.
-Fuel Rewards discounts will be tracked on your Fresh Grocer Rewards Card electronically. Your card must be used at the pump or scanned by an attendant to receive your discounts.
-The Fuel Rewards promotion is valid for a limited time only and may, without advanced notice, be ended.
-Fuel Rewards are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Fuel Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
-Fuel Rewards redemption may not exceed fifteen (15) gallons per customer, per vehicle, and cannot lower the price of fuel below $0.01 per gallon. Fuel Rewards must be used in a single transaction.
-Fuel Rewards beyond the $0.01 per gallon limit will be saved on your Fresh Grocer Rewards Card for use on a future visit.
-Offer valid only at participating locations, check store and fuel stations for details.

A: Yes. Fuel Rewards are only available to Fresh Grocer Rewards Card holders. Fresh Grocer Rewards Cards are available to all customers. If you do not have a Fresh Grocer Rewards Card, you can sign up in a matter of seconds at any Fresh Grocer’s customer service desk.
Q: How do Fuel Rewards get applied to my Fresh Grocer Rewards Card at The Fresh Grocer?
A: The cashier swipes your Fresh Grocer Rewards Card at the time of purchase and qualifying fuel rewards discounts are electronically entered onto your card.
Q: Are there limits to how much gas I can get?
A: Yes. The program guidelines allow for a single vehicle per transaction, up to a maximum of 15 gallons.
Q: What if I can’t use all 15 gallons?
A: Once you have filled your vehicle, your transaction is complete and your rewards balance will reset to zero.
Q: How do I read my Fuel Receipt?
A: The date on the receipt only applies to “today’s”purchases. The account summary is your current balance for that day only. Your balance will change based upon the date that they were earned. Fuel Rewards expire 30 days from the date of issuance.
Q: Can I use Fuel Rewards at any gas station?
A: Fuel Rewards can only be redeemed at The Fresh Grocer’s Fuel Center on 56th &Chestnut Streets in Philadelphia and at participating Sunoco stations. Please check the sign in your store for the closest stations or visit www.thefreshgrocer.com for details.
