Serving Suggestions: Pair with Giovanni Rana Alfredo Sauce Or try Tortelloni with Tomato & Ricotta Gently simmer tomato sauce. Add prepared Tortelloni. Top with basil and a dollop of fresh ricotta. If desired add parmigiano reggiano.
