Preparation & Usage
Muffin Instructions You'll Need: 1 Bag Kodiak Cakes® Mix 2 Eggs (or egg substitute) 1 Cup Milk 1/4 Cup Oil (or melted butter) Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand stir until blended. Divide batter among 12 cups in a lined or greased muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. For high-altitude baking (+3,000ft), increase oven temperature by 25° F.
