Preparation & Usage

To apply: 1. wash & clean nose with soap & water, dry completely. remove liner & avoid touching adhesive. 2. center nasal strip on nose as shown in picture. 3. press & hold for 30 seconds. to remove: 1. wet nasal strip with warm water. 2.gently lift both ends & remove slowly to minimize risk of injury. dispose of used nasal strip. indicated use: relieves nighttime nasal congestion. for single use only. not intended to treat sleep apnea.
