Q: How do I enroll to receive digital receipts?
A: To enroll in digital receipts, you must have a The Fresh Grocer account and a Price Plus® Club card. Sign into your account, go to “My Account” and then “My Account Settings.” Navigate to “Personal Information & Preferences” and click “Edit.” Select the “Yes” button next to the following two questions:- Would you like to opt in to receive digital receipts?
- Would you like to receive email notification when a new digital receipt is available?
Q: Do I have to have a thefreshgrocer.com account?
A: Yes. If you don’t have an account, visit thefreshgrocer.com, then select “Sign in or Create Account” (found in the upper right corner). Click on “Register for an account,” enter your email and create a password for your account. Fill in the required fields. If you already have a Price Plus® Club card, enter your card number. If you do not have a Price Plus® Club Card, you will have to sign up and enter your state and favorite store; a card will be mailed to you. IQ: Do I have to have a Price Plus® Club Card to enroll in digital receipts?
A: Yes, you must have a Price Plus® Club Card, as well as a thefreshgrocer.com profile and an associated email address.Q: Do I have to provide my email address?

Q: How do I know I received a digital receipt?
A: Digital receipts will be emailed within one hour of your purchase to the address you provided in your thefreshgrocer.com profile. Digital receipt emails will come from The Fresh Grocer with the subject line “Your The Fresh Grocer digital receipt.” The email address is [email address – [email protected]]. If you are not receiving receipts, please log onto your account and confirm that the email address is correct. Please check your spam folder as well.Q: I signed up for digital receipts, yet I haven’t received any. What happened?
A: There are a few reasons you may not receive a receipt:- Digital receipts arrive one hour after a shopping visit, so please be sure enough time has passed to generate the receipt.
- Check to be sure that your receipt did not end up in your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm that the email address that is linked to your thefreshgrocer.com account is valid. Visit thefreshgrocer.com, and then select “Sign in or Register.” Click on “My Account” in the top right corner. Next, select “Account Settings” from the drop-down menu. Then in the first white box titled “My Profile,” you will see your name, email, primary phone, favorite store, and Price Plus® Club card number. While you’re there, please review your email address. If you do not have a valid working email address listed, your digital receipt may not be delivered.
- If you made any changes to your thefreshgrocer.com profile, you may not have hit the “Update” button in the bottom right corner to save your changes. To sign up for digital receipts, visit thefreshgrocer.com, then select “Sign in or Create Account” on the upper right corner. If you have an online account, sign in. Then click on “My Account” in the top right corner. Next, select “My Account Settings” from the drop-down menu. Navigate to “Personal Information & Preferences” and click “Edit.” Select the “Yes” button next to the two questions listed below. Lastly, make sure to select “Update” in the bottom right corner to save your changes.

Q: Who sends the email? What address does the email come from?
A: Digital receipt emails will come from The Fresh Grocer. The email address is [email]. Please do not reply to the email as the inbox is unmonitored. Also, make sure you mark this email as “not spam.”Q: I didn’t sign up for digital receipts, yet when I went to checkout my items, the cashier said I get digital receipts. How did this happen?
A: You may be enrolled in the digital receipts if you signed up for your Price Plus® Club Card online. After signing up for your Price Plus® Club Card online, a pop-up box appears titled “Personal Information & Preferences,” which will have a selection of check boxes asking you questions such as, what is your email address, would you like to receive text messages, as well as sign up for digital receipts. In order to not receive digital receipts, you have to select “No” next to the questions regarding Digital Receipts.Q: What do these codes mean on my digital receipt?
A: There are different codes that appear next to each item on your receipt:
F – SNAP eligible, not taxed
B – SNAP eligible, taxed
T – Taxable (not SNAP eligible)
Q – Qualified health care item for HSA (healthcare spending account)
X - Qualified health care item for HSA (healthcare spending account), taxable
WT – Weighted item (items sold by weight)
DS - Digital store coupon applied
DM – Digital Manufacturer coupon applied
MC – Manufacturer’s Coupon applied
SC – Store coupon applied
PC – Price Plus Club Card offer applied
MO - Managers Override (manual transaction by store manager to correct an error)
TC – Targeted Coupon (coupon offer applied by corporate office as a gesture of goodwill)
Q: How are my digital coupons shown on my digital receipt?
A: Digital coupons may be displayed on the receipt in several ways, depending on how the store has set up their checkout system. Digital coupon deductions can be identified by the letters TC, DS or DM next to the discount amount.
