You can feel confident about choosing fresh meat and poultry, produce, seafood, and deli items. Your Personal Shopper will take special care to make sure the products selected for you are exactly what you ordered.

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you're ever disappointed in any product you receive in your The Fresh Grocer from Home order, please contact our Personal Shopper team at your Fresh Grocer store.
WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND A PRODUCT ONLINE THAT I AM LOOKING FOR?
Our goal is to have everything we have in our store available to you at The Fresh Grocer from Home. If you can't find something while creating your list, you can search for it by typing the product name into the search field and selecting "Go". If you still can't find it, you can type in the product name and in "Can't Find It". We'll do our best to find it and add it to your order.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Our goal is to be in stock at all times, but due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be a time when a product is unavailable. In the online checkout process, we will ask you if you would like to allow substitutions. If you choose yes, we will select a comparable replacement at the cost of the replacement item. At The Fresh Grocer, we're committed to having advertised items in stock at all times. If we ever run out, we'll offer a substitute item or give you a raincheck. Your Personal Shopper will inform you of any changes when you come in to pick up your order.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO POLICY
Cigarettes and tobacco products are not available for purchase on The Fresh Grocer from Home. We currently do not deliver alcoholic beverages on The Fresh Grocer from Home delivery orders. Alcoholic beverages may be available for pick up in certain stores in accordance with state and local laws.
If your order contains alcoholic products, and you order more than the allocated quantity or outside the legally approved window, your order will be modified to remove any items that exceed permissible limits.
We reserve the right to modify your order to comply with applicable law and local product availability.
The Fresh Grocer checks the identification of all customers purchasing alcoholic products. Please have a valid government-issued identification verifying you are 21 years of age or older. You will be asked to come into the store to present your ID so that we can complete your order.
CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY
The Fresh Grocer from Home is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Therefore, you have our word that the information you give us will remain strictly confidential. We promise that we will not sell any personal identifying information (name, address, phone number) to any person, company, organization, or agency. Any data collected will be used only to offer you The Fresh Grocer sponsored and co-sponsored special offerings and promotions. If you don't wish to receive these offers, just tell us and your name will be removed from the list.

Our site is secured with a VeriSign Secure Server ID. All information sent to this site is encrypted, protecting against disclosures to third parties. While you shop and submit your order online, the actual payment process takes place at the store at the time of pick up.
