Ingredients
1 cup Bowl & Basket Unsalted Butter (2 sticks)
3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar, packed
3/4 cups Sugar
1 1/2 tsp teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 large Bowl & Basket Eggs
2 1/4 cup Bowl & Basket All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 cups Bowl & Basket Wavy Potato Chips, coarsely crushed and divided
1 1/2 cups Bowl & Basket Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Fleur de sel, optional for sprinkling
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

 

2. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy. Add sugars, creaming to combine.

 

3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until just combined. Avoid over mixing.

 

4.In a medium mixing bowl, sift together flour and baking soda and then add to wet ingredients.

 

5. By hand, fold in 1 cup crushed potato chips and chocolate chips.

 

6.Place remaining potato chips into a shallow bowl. Roll dough into 1 tablespoon balls and then in crushed potato chips. You might need to pack them in to get them to stick.

 

7. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

 

8. Cook for 15-17 minutes or until lightly browned just around the edges.

 

9. While still hot and tacky, sprinkle with Fleur de del.

 

10. Allow to cool and enjoy!
