Make a Mocktail to Sip & Hydrate

Summer heat getting to you? Trust me, it’s getting to me as well!  It is important to stay hydrated these summer months.  I know you hear it over and over again, drink water which can sound repetitive and mundane.  There are definitely fun ways to stay hydrated with summer sips. 


Fresh fruit is a great way to stay hydrated and at the same time incorporate all things good for your body such as vitamins, minerals and fiber!  Many of my favorite fruits are in season during the summer and have a high water content that count towards your hydration goals.  Some to choose from are: watermelon, peaches, cucumbers, plums, cantaloupe, cherries, and kiwi.
