Apple Bourbon Sliders

Ingredients
(18.4 oz) package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Apple Bourbon Pork Tenderloin
3 tbs mayonnaise
1 tbs apple butter
2 tsp spicy brown mustard
12 slider buns, lightly toasted
1 small red onion, sliced
12 slices Cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Grill or bake tenderloin according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, apple butter and mustard in small bowl.
3. Thinly slice pork tenderloin. Top buns with sliced pork, red onion and cheese.
4.Serve with mayonnaise mixture.
