Ingredients
1.75 cups Silk unsweetened almondmilk
1 scoop of Vega Proteins & Greens
1 tbs Ground Flax
1 tbs Peanut Butter (or nut butter of choice)
2 cups mixed frozen berries, apples, and butternut squash fresh blueberries
optional for topping fresh blackberries
optional for topping unsweetened coconut shreds
optional for topping chopped nuts
Directions
1. Combine all smoothie ingredients in a high-powered blender. Puree on high until smooth. If it seems too thick, add a splash more of almond milk. Pour/spoon the smoothie mixture into a bowl. Add the toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
