Unsalted butter
2 slices Italian panini bread
Finely ground sea salt
2 oz. Polly-O Shredded Classic Pizza cheese (Grandma Style)
Marinara sauce (optional)
Directions
  1. Preheat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Butter two slices of panini bread and season with sea salt. Place one slice buttered-side-down in the hot pan and add Polly-O Grandma Style Pizza cheese. Top with the other bread slice, buttered-side-up. Grill until the bread is golden brown and cheese is melted; flip and grill the other side until it’s golden. Remove sandwich from pan and slice into dippable portions. Serve sandwich with heated marinara sauce for dipping.
