Purple Pork Sliders

Ingredients
1 pack King's Hawaiian Ube Coconut Rolls
4 tbsp Butter (softened)
1 Bottle BBQ sauce (Bachan's or favorite brand)
1 lb Pre-made pulled pork (or make yourself)
1 Bag shredded tri-colored slaw mix
1/4 cup Mayo
2-3 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
3 tbsp White vinegar
Directions
- Remove King's Hawaiian Ube Coconut Rolls from bag and cut in half horizontally. Butter the insides and place on hot griddle or pan until golden.
- Heat pulled pork following directions (to 165 degrees).
- While pork is heating, prepare coleslaw: stir together mayo, sugar, sriracha, and white vinegar. Add slaw mix and combine well.
- Divide pork evenly across bottom of toasted buns. Drizzle BBQ sauce over pork.
- Top with coleslaw, green onions (optional) and wonton strips (optional).
- Separate sliders and serve!
