Ingredients
1 pack King's Hawaiian Ube Coconut Rolls
4 tbsp Butter (softened)
1 Bottle BBQ sauce (Bachan's or favorite brand)
1 lb Pre-made pulled pork (or make yourself)
1 Bag shredded tri-colored slaw mix
1/4 cup Mayo
2-3 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
3 tbsp White vinegar
Directions
  1. Remove King's Hawaiian Ube Coconut Rolls from bag and cut in half horizontally. Butter the insides and place on hot griddle or pan until golden.
  2. Heat pulled pork following directions (to 165 degrees).
  3. While pork is heating, prepare coleslaw: stir together mayo, sugar, sriracha, and white vinegar. Add slaw mix and combine well.
  4. Divide pork evenly across bottom of toasted buns. Drizzle BBQ sauce over pork.
  5. Top with coleslaw, green onions (optional) and wonton strips (optional).
  6. Separate sliders and serve!
