Star Spangled Cereal Treats

Ingredients
4 tbsp Bowl & Basket unsalted butter
1 10 oz bag Bowl & Basket marshmallows
6 cups Bowl & Basket Crispy Rice Cereal
½ cup Bowl & Basket chocolate chips
Sprinkles, if desired
Directions
- Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray and set aside until ready to use.
- Heat butter in a large heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Once melted, add in marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
- Immediately remove from heat and stir in cereal. Carefully pour cereal mixture into prepared pan and using a buttered spatula, press mixture down evenly into the pan. Let cool completely.
- Once cool, use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut cereal treats. Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 30-60 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over cereal treats and top with sprinkles. Let chocolate dry completely before serving or storing.
