Ingredients
7 tsp lime juice
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tbs sesame seeds
12 fluid ounces V8® V8® Original (about 1 1/2 cups), chilled
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp wasabi paste
1/4 tsp celery salt
Directions

1. Pour 1 teaspoon pickled ginger liquid into a shallow dish. Stir the ginger, sugar, salt and sesame seeds on a plate. Dip the rims of 2 glasses into the pickled ginger liquid then coat with the ginger mixture. Fill the glasses with ice.

2. Stir the vegetable juice, 4 fluid oz sake ( about 1/2 cup ), 1 fluid oz vodka ( about 2 tbsp ) , soy sauce, wasabi, celery salt and remaining pickled ginger liquid in a pitcher. Season to taste. Pour the vegetable juice mixture into the glasses.
