2 oz dragonfruit puree
2 tbs water
0.12 tsp ground ginger
0.5 cup crunchy granola of choice

1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the apple, dragonfruit, water, and ginger.

 

2. Stir frequently for about 5 minutes until apples are softened.

 

3. Assemble your yogurt bowl: 8oz yogurt, a large spoonful of the apple mixture, and some crunch granola.
