Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbs Garlic, jarred, minced
1 tbs Honey
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
6 oz GoodWheat Rotini Pasta, dry
1 cup Cucumber, English, diced
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup Red Onion, diced
1/4 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted, sliced
3 oz Hard Salami, chopped
4 oz Feta Cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
Directions
Cook pasta according to packaging instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside. In a medium-sized bowl, add garlic lemon dressing ingredients and whisk together vigorously until emulsified. In a large bowl add all ingredients together and stir to combine.
