RITZ Grilled Pineapple-Kielbasa Bites

Ingredients
7 oz (1/2 of 14-oz. pkg.) kielbasa, cut into 24 slices
4 drained canned pineapple rings
24 RITZ Crackers
2 tbs grainy Dijon mustard
48 (1-inch) pieces fresh chives
Directions
  1. Heat grill pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
  2. Add kielbasa and pineapple; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until grill-marked on both sides. Remove from pan.
  3. Cut each pineapple ring into 6 pieces.
  4. Top crackers with kielbasa, pineapple and mustard.
  5. Garnish with chives
  6. Substitute Prepare using 1/4-inch-thick fresh pineapple rings.
