Ingredients
1 pack King's Hawaiian Coconut Ube Rolls
12 Slices ham
6 Slices cheddar cheese (cut in 4 quarters)
12 Eggs
1/4 tsp Ground pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
  1. To build the sliders, use a serrated knife to cut King's Hawaiian Ube Coconut Rolls in half.
  2. Layer two slices of cheese per slider, followed by two slices of ham.
  3. Bake open-faced in preheated oven at 350°F for 5-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  4. Prepare eggs sunny side up (or your favorite way to cook eggs).
  5. Carefully place eggs on top of ham and cheese. Sprinkle with green onions, salt and pepper.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls over the eggs and carefully separate the 12 rolls with a knife.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
