Egg and Ham Breakfast Sliders

Ingredients
1 pack King's Hawaiian Coconut Ube Rolls
12 Slices ham
6 Slices cheddar cheese (cut in 4 quarters)
12 Eggs
1/4 tsp Ground pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- To build the sliders, use a serrated knife to cut King's Hawaiian Ube Coconut Rolls in half.
- Layer two slices of cheese per slider, followed by two slices of ham.
- Bake open-faced in preheated oven at 350°F for 5-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Prepare eggs sunny side up (or your favorite way to cook eggs).
- Carefully place eggs on top of ham and cheese. Sprinkle with green onions, salt and pepper.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the eggs and carefully separate the 12 rolls with a knife.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
