Grandma Style Calzone

Ingredients
8 oz. Polly-O Original Ricotta cheese (10071040021154)
¼ cup Polly-O Parmesan cheese, grated
2 eggs, divided
1 homemade or prepared pizza dough, divided into 4
12 oz. marinara sauce
6 oz. spinach leaves, fresh
8 oz. Polly-O Shredded Classic Pizza cheese (Grandma Style)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 370˚ F.
- In a medium-sized bowl, stir to combine Polly-O Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses and 1 egg. Set aside.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out each piece of dough into a thin circle. Top half of each dough with a tablespoon of marinara, Ricotta mixture, fresh spinach and shredded Polly-O Grandma Style Pizza cheese. Fold over and secure edges. Brush the top of each with beaten egg and grated Parmesan. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until outside is browned and cheese is melted. Slice and serve hot with extra marinara.
