1 lb. prepared pizza dough, room temperature
2-3 Tbsp. olive oil, for pan
¾ cup marinara or pizza sauce
8 oz. Polly-O Shredded Classic Pizza cheese (Grandma style)
¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450˚ F. Generously coat a 9x13-inch sheet pan with olive oil. Place the dough in the pan and gently stretch it to the edges. If it resists, let it rest for 5-10 minutes, then continue stretching.
  2. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough. Top with Polly-O Grandma Style Pizza cheese, distributing evenly to the edges.
  3. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until crust is golden and crisp on the bottom and the cheese is melted with light browning.
  4. Remove from oven and immediately scatter torn fresh basil over the hot pizza. Let cool slightly, then slice into squares and serve.
