1 lb. prepared pizza dough, room temperature
2-3 Tbsp. olive oil, for pan
¾ cup marinara or pizza sauce
8 oz. Polly-O Shredded Classic Pizza cheese (Grandma style)
¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450˚ F. Generously coat a 9x13-inch sheet pan with olive oil. Place the dough in the pan and gently stretch it to the edges. If it resists, let it rest for 5-10 minutes, then continue stretching.
- Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough. Top with Polly-O Grandma Style Pizza cheese, distributing evenly to the edges.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until crust is golden and crisp on the bottom and the cheese is melted with light browning.
- Remove from oven and immediately scatter torn fresh basil over the hot pizza. Let cool slightly, then slice into squares and serve.
