Ingredients
1 large baguette, sliced lengthwise
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 cup marinara sauce
8 oz. Polly-O Shredded Original Pizza cheese (New York Style)
4 oz. pepperoni slices
Directions
- Preheat oven to 420˚ F.
- Combine minced garlic with melted butter and top one half of the baguette. Top the other half of the baguette with the marinara sauce. Top each with the Polly-O New York Style Pizza cheese. Place pepperoni slices on the marinara baguette.
- Place prepared baguettes onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is browned and baguette is crisp. Slightly cool, cut each baguette into 4 – 6 slices, serve immediately.
