Ingredients
1 pack King's Hawaiian Ube Coconut Rolls
4 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Real Coconut Syrup
2 tbsp Butter (for pan)
Directions
  1. First, make the toasted coconut butter, starting with preheating the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small oven-safe pan, add shredded coconut and bake for 5-10 minutes, stirring every couple minutes to ensure even browning.
  3. Remove and let cool completely. Once cooled, fold toasted coconut into softened butter.
  4. Moving on to the french toast, remove King's Hawaiian Ube Coconut Rolls from the tray and break apart into individual rolls.
  5. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and coconut syrup. Whisk together well.
  6. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Once butter is melted, dip each roll in the french toast batter.
  7. Place rolls in hot pan and cook on each side until golden brown. Remove from pan.
  8. Top with toasted coconut butter & maple syrup and enjoy!
