Preparation & Usage

Carving Instructions - Place ham on carving board. Starting halfway up wide end of ham, cut a horizontal slice approximately 3" deep. - Holding knife at a slight angle, make a vertical slice from top of ham down to horizontal cut. - Repeat cut, making slices 1/8" to 1/4" apart. - When top of ham is fully sliced, turn ham over so that flat side rests on carving board. - Repeat steps to slice bottom half of ham.
