Similac Total Comfort* formula is gentle on baby's tummy; it has partially brokendown protein for easy digestion and prebiotics to support digestive health. It also contains our exclusive blend of ingredients to support baby's brain and eye development. Our no-palm-olein-oil blend supports excellent calcium absorption. It's a good choice for babies who have difficulty tolerating other milk-based formulas. * Not for infants or children with galactosemia. † Milk ingredients are derived from milk of non-rbST-treated cows, which is not different from milk of rbST-treated cows.
Preparation & Usage
Use as directed by a doctor Directions for preparation and use Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions. Proper hygiene, handling, and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Failure to follow these directions could result in severe harm. Ask your baby's doctor if you need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and if you need to boil (sterilize) bottles, nipples, and rings before use. 1. Wash your hands, surfaces, and utensils Pour water into clean bottle (see mixing guide) 2. Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.8 g) to each 2 fl oz of water Return dry scoop to can 3. Cap bottle; shake well; attach clean nipple Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard Mixing guide Measure water: 2 fl oz + Add scoop(s) of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop: 1 scoop (8.8 g) Measure water: 4 fl oz + Add scoop(s) of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop: 2 scoops Measure water: 6 fl oz + Add scoop(s) of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop: 3 scoops Measure water: 8 fl oz + Add scoop(s) of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop: 4 scoops Each scoop adds about 0.2 fl oz to the amount of prepared formula. When mixed as directed, makes approx. 90 fl oz of formula.
