Primavera Pizza
1. Preheat oven to 400°; spray the underside of the rimmed baking pan with cooking spray. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat; spray with cooking spray. Add mushrooms, and ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper; cook and stir 8 minutes or until starting to brown. Transfer mushrooms to a plate.
2. Spray the same skillet with cooking spray. Add zucchini; cook and stir over medium-high heat for 7 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a plate with mushrooms.
3. On a lightly floured work surface, roll dough into a 12-inch circle; carefully transfer to the prepared pan and bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
4. Leaving a ½-inch border, spread sauce over the crust; top with cheese and mushroom mixture. Bake pizza for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Transfer pizza to a cutting board; cut into 8 slices and garnish with basil, if desired.
