Ritz Chips Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
8 oz. frozen breaded chicken tenders
¼ cup Buffalo wing sauce, divided
4 cups RITZ Toasted Chips Original
2 cups shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
1 tsp. chopped fresh chives
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Cook chicken tenders as directed on package. Transfer chicken to cutting board; spread evenly with 2 Tbsp. of the Buffalo wing sauce. Cut each chicken tender crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
- Place RITZ Chips in single layer on pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray; top evenly with 1 cup cheese, then chicken. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with remaining Buffalo wing sauce; sprinkle with chives.
- Tip: top with 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese and/or crumbled blue cheese just before servings.
