Classic Cheeseburgers

Ingredients
4 Bowl & Basket Hamburger Buns
1 package Schweid and Sons Ribeye Blend Burgers
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 beefsteak tomato
4 slices Borden Natural Cheese slices
Bowl and Basket ketchup, for serving
Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium high heat and be sure grill grates are clean and oiled. While grill is heating, slice the iceberg lettuce or tear off pieces to fit easily onto burger buns. Slice the tomato and set both the tomato and lettuce aside.
- When the grill is preheated, cook burgers according to desired level of done-ness, placing a slice of cheese on top of each burger 1 minute before removing from the grill to melt. Toast buns on grill for 30 seconds or until lightly browned.
- Assemble burgers, starting with bottom bun, followed by lettuce, burger, tomato and topped with ketchup and top bun. Serve immediately.
