No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

1 Bowl & Basket chocolate cookie crust
2 8 oz blocks Bowl & Basket cream cheese, at room temperature
¼ cup Bowl & Basket powdered sugar, sifted
¾ cup Bowl & Basket creamy Peanut butter, divided
1 container Bowl & Basket Frozen Whipped topping, thawed in the refrigerator
Bowl & Basket Chocolate Syrup, for decorating
Directions
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer using the paddle attachment until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Beat in ½ cup of the peanut butter, then gently fold in whipped topping until smooth.
- Pour filling into cookie crust and smooth out top. Place in refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
- When ready to serve, melt the remaining ¼ cup peanut butter in the microwave, then drizzle over the top of the pie, then drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Serve!
