Place unopened bag in microwave, this side up, evenly distribute potatoes, and microwave on high for 10 minutes.* 2. Let stand for 2 minutes. Using oven mitts, remove carefully, using both hands to grasp bag at top corners. 3. Cut top of bag along dotted line to open and pour potatoes into large bowl. 4. Mash lightly, add 2/3 cup milk and 2 tbsp butter, then mash to desired smoothness and season to taste. Prep without using the bag Whole bag 1. Pour contents of bag into a large microwave-safe bowl. Add 1/3 cup of water. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 14 minutes, stirring halfway through. 3.
