Medium loads: just over bar 1. large loads: bar 3. he full loads: bar 5. contains up to 83 loads asmeasured to just over bar 1 on cap. place package on side with valve down. twist cap for quicker flow. press red button to dispense tide. to clean out press-cap, toss it in the wash with your load. follow care label instructions, then sort. test inside seam for colorfastness.
